The purpose of this page is to provide fellow kafirs (non-muslims) in other countries with information in English about muslim crimes and terror activities in Norway. Two Norwegian newspapers provide a web-based news service in English with domestic news from Norway in English, intended for readers abroad. These are:

For stories covered by these English language services we will provide links to the stories. However, the English language services of both Aftenposten and Nettavisen are no less politically correct than their Norwegian counterparts. Rather the contrary, stories that make significant headlines in the domestic news are often not mentioned at all in their English language service, or they are “edited” in such a way that for instance the muslim background of a rapist is hidden.

For such stories the intention is to provide a translation or summary in English of the original story in Norwegian, as well as a link to the original story for those who understand a Scandinavian language. Some stories are also commented on. Comments are written in italic. News about muslim crimes in Norway may also be found in the English language part of Human Right Service’s (HRS) website. HRS focuses in particular on helping women from muslim families to escape from abuse, forced marriages, circumcision and honour killings.

Items are usually listed in chronological order, with the newest items at the top. However similar items may be grouped together. Material added at the latest update is written in fonts with this colour. For older archived stories, click here.

The Death of Samira Munir – Accident, murder or suicide ?

Of Pakistani origin Samira Munir (picture to the left) proclaimed herself to be a muslim. She was not, however, your average muslim woman, not by a long shot. For those familiar with Irshad Manji, the Canadian author who wrote the book “The Trouble With Islam” and runs the website Muslim refusenik Samira Munir can probably be best described as a Norwegian counterpart or equivalent of Irshad Manji.

Samira spoke relentlessly and very courageously for the rights of women in the muslim immigrant community in Norway, how they were faced with threats of forced marriages, so called honour-killings and female sexual mutilation. She also warned Norwegian politicians of dire consequences of their neglect and indifference. As a matter of fact she entered politics herself. Her choice of party, however, will probably always remain a mystery. Why would someone, so critical of islam, albeit as a muslim from the inside, choose The Norwegian Conservatives – The Party of Terror, Apartheid and Ethnic Cleansing, and probably the most pathetic crowd of islamophile traitors in to be found in anywhere in Norwegian politics?

Be that as it may, she was elected to the municipal assembly in Oslo as a representative for The Conservatives. As one would expect she received no support whatsoever in her struggle for the rights of muslim immigrant woman. Quite the contrary, one of her party colleagues, a real muslim, threatened her with a lawsuit for some of her statements. Rumours have it that within the party she was not looked upon favourably at all, they feared that her outspoken critics of muslim leaders may cost them muslim votes. Her proposals to improve the conditions for muslim women in Norway were continuously sabotaged and backstabbed by the rest of the party, including a proposal to copy the French ban on hijab i public schools. She spoke about how muslim girls who in public said they wore hijab of their own free will in private confided in her that they were being forced and threatened to do so, and urged her to carry on being a voice for those who had neither the possibility nor the courage to speak for themselves. It did not, however, stop at that. In spite of the fact that she was a Norwegian citizen, elected to a Norwegian municipal assembly, she was twice called in to the Pakistani ambassador to Norway. Exactly what he told her remains unknown, but obviuously Pakistani authorities were highly critical of the role she played in Norwegian politics in general, and in local politics in Oslo in particular. This kind of interference by a foreign embassy in internal Norwegian affairs is no less that outrageous, and should have caused a formal protest from Norway to Pakistan. The Norwegian foreign minister was informed about it, but being from The Party of Terror, Apartheid & Ethnic Cleansing himself, he did nothing about it.

But it did not stop at that either. In several interviews she told that she was being harassed and receiving death threats, not only against herself, but also against her family.

Then, on November 14, 2005, the website of Human Rights Service brought the shocking news that Samira had died under circumtannces which still seem mysterious, to say the least. The story was that she had been run over by a train at a station on one of the suburban lines in Oslo. For someone who recently had claimed she was receiving almost daily death threats this seemed highly suspicious. It was made even more suspicious by the fact that the PC media in Norway for several days did not mention by a single word what had happened. Only a few Christian newspapers which do not belong to the islamophile dhimmitude which characterize Norwegian Christianity did mention the story. Earlier the same day as she was killed she had participated in a radio discussion where she defended the ban on hijab in universities in Turkey.

After several days the mainstream Norwegian media eventually broke the story, but in a very muted way. Between the lines they kind of suggested that she had taken her own life, and that out of “respect” one should not try and dig deeper into the story. This just does not wash. Not so very long ago a relatively prominent Norwegian politician committed suicide, and that was ruthlessly scrutinized by the very same media which now claims that people who commit suicide should be left in peace.

Although the mainstream media hardly reported the case at all there has of course been a lot of discussions about it in Norwegian internet forums. Many seem convinced that she was murdered by some Norwegian muslims who pushed her into the track as a train was passing. Some suggest she was doped and placed on the tracks to await an arriving train. The latter is based on the fact that one report claimed she was killed between two stations, rather than at a particulalar station. Considering all the hatred and all the threats she had received from muslims in Norway that does not seem unlikely, to say the least. The fact that the Pakistani ambassador had summoned her twice may even suggest that the Pakistani ISI (Interservice Intelligence) was involved.

As far as the police is concerned they concluded in virtually no time at all that “there was nothing to suggest that her death had anything to do with any criminal act”. Of course one would expect no other conclusion from the pathetic Norwegian sharia-cops. That is exactly what they would say even if they had video footage from the surveillace cameras at the station showing Osama bin Laden personally pushing her in front of the train. What can one expect from a police force who was unable to establish a motive when an imam attacked the pilots of a commuter flight in Norway with an axe, trying to crash the plane ? May we suggest thet take a look at the Koran, for instance 9:5, 9:29 and 47:4.

There are a lot of uncertainties about Samira’s tragic death. As a matter of fact there is only one thing one can be certain about: No matter what actually happened, and no matter what the police knows about it, they would say what they are saying. Anything else would be politically incorrect, and unthinkable. Countless examples have long since eliminated the last piece of credibility of the Norwegian police in any matters relating to islam. There may still be a few decent and honest officers left, but they are getting fewer and farther between all the time.

But even if it was a suicide it does not add up. A healthy 42 year old women, and the mother of two, does not just jump in front of a train for no reason. As a matter of fact there has to be a very good reason. If that is what actually happened we will probably never know the true reason in detail, but a few facts we do know. We know that both she and her family were being harassed and received death threats, and we know she was being very concerned about the development of the muslim immigrant community in Norway, becoming ever more radical and extremist. The pressure against her, and the bleak outlook for the future can surely be enough to drive a person to commit suicide, and the lack of support from within the conservative party most certainly did not make it any better. So even if the final act was one of her own choosing her blood remains on the hands of Norwegian muslims and their islamophile friends in the conservative party.

For those of us who know that islam cannot ever be reformed to anything even remotely resembling civilization it may sometimes be difficult to know how to relate to people like Samira Munir, or Irshad Manji for that matter. They proclaim themselves to be muslims, but attack islam from within, trying to reform and modernize it. The only response they get from the vast majority of muslims is hatred, threats and sometimes ultimately death. In a way we need them, because their fate serves to demonstrate how utterly futile their efforts are. Does that mean we should support them ? No, it does not ! Supporting them is supporting something which logic and reason show is impossible. This does not mean that people like Samira are not honest in her attempt to change islam. They must not be confused with those who claim that “islam is a religion of peace”. Supporting them is, however, supporting a misunderstanding, but not a lie. Supporting a misunderstanding is still supporting something wrong. There can be only one offer and one challenge to ALL muslims, even to those who honestly try to reform islam from within: Renounce your satanic cult completely and unconditionally, and condemn it as the worst disaster which has ever befallen mankind. Samira Munir never got that far, but that only goes to show how difficult it may be for those born into and under this curse to break free, it goes to show the truth in what the hindu website Truth Alone Triumphs says about islam:

“It eats away at the very foundation of humanity which is an individual's ability to think individually and act accordingly.”

For Samira Munir some of that ability was still intact, and it seemed to grow stronger as time passed by. In spite of the risks she must have known it involved she chose to act upon it, to speak out, and for that she paid the ultimate price, one way or the other. May she rest in peace, and may her memory be an inspiration both to those of us who know that islam cannot be reformed, and to those taking up the even heavier challenge from within. May more muslims not only follow in her footsteps, but reach further than she ever did before her untimely death. May those she spoke for manage to walk the last mile and finally break completely the chains she struggled with until the end.

New Norwegian Minister Slaps Muslims In The Face

The ruling center-right coalition lost the election in Norway in September 2005. This coalition consisted of The Conservatives (The Party of Terror, Apartheid and Ethnic Cleansing), The Christian People’s Party and The Liberals. They ruled with support from the right wing Progress Party, but the latter, which is considered the most immigration-critical party in Norway, was not part of the coalition government.

In the September 2005 election this conservative-christian-liberal coalition and their supporters in The Progress Party were challenged by a so called red-green coalition consisting of The Labour Party, The Socialists and The Center Party, the latter is basically an agrarian party.

The red-green coalition won the election with a relatively small margin, but sufficient to force the the previous government to resign, and a new red-green government came into office in mid October . Many of those critical of islam and muslim immigration saw this change of government as going from bad to worse. However, as it has also been pointed out, it is by no means as simple as that. In politics there is left and there is right, in makind there is islam and there is civilization, and as for the two latter they can never co-exist. The frontline between islam and civilization runs in zig-zag along the conventional right-left political axis, the left does in no way hold a monopoly on islamophile PC-scumbags.

This was clearly demonstrated in Norway in connection with the new governmenr which came into office in October 2005. When the ministers for the new government were appointed there were none with an immigrant background. The next step in appointing the new administration was to appoint the secretaries of state and personal advisors to the new ministers. As this process got under way the outcry from the muslim community in Norway grew louder and louder because no immigrants were appointed to any of these positions. They used the word “immigrant” instead of “muslim”, probably assuming that since muslims are the largest immigrant group in Norway, “immigrant” in practice would mean muslim. The thought probaby never occurred to them that the new minister responsible for immigration, integration of immigrants, and equal rights rights, Karita Bekkemellom Orheim, from The Labour Party could outsmart them. While The Labour Party was in opposition she was frequently far more outspoken against muslims, especially against how muslims treat women, than any member of the center-right coalition ever was. Now, that she had become minister, it was her turn to call the shots. On October 28 she appointed the new secretary of state in her department. She is an immigrant, all right, but hardly the kind of immigrant the muslims had in mind. Her name is Krishna Chudasama, she is born in India, and came to Norway via Tanzania some 15 years ago, in other words a Hindu woman.

How serious she is about the Hindu faith is not known. However, it appears she is a Hindu in more than just the name. During a press conference about her appointmenr she told journalists she was going to take a few days off the following week to celebrate a Hindu holiday. Moreover, a little research into what she has been doing and what she has said and written suggests that on a scale from the muslim’s ultimate dream to their worst nightmare she is considerably closer to the latter than the former. Well educated, fluent in Norwegian and with a remarakable career both in social welfare work and in politics, the small Hindu immigrant community in Norway has every reason to be proud of her. Regardless of how serious she is about her Hindu religious background we are proud to count her as a compatriot. No doubt, the muslims would much have preferred a blonde and blue eyed ethnic Norwegian PC-bitch.

Model attacked, beaten and kicked

Marina Forattini (picture to the left) is a 19 year old Norwegian girl from Oslo. Her father is Italian and her mother is Norwegian. She is a student at Elvebakken High School in Oslo, but has also begun to pursue a career as a model, and been quite successful in that respect. On September 16 2005 Nettiavisen carried a story that she had been assuaulted, kicked and beaten by a young man in the schoolyard.

- “He called me a fucking whore, and said girls like me deserve to be beaten up” she told the newspaper VG.

Marina replied that in Norway girls are free to do as they want, they are not oppressed like girls fom the man’s home country. This, by the way, is the only hint provided by the Norwegian PC-media what kind of man was involved. Although his identity is known no more details are provided. They need not bother, we already knew. Her remark made the man furious. He assaulted, beat and kicked her, and continued to kick her even when she was lying on the ground.

By this assult muslims in Norway have crossed an important line. Girls of muslim origin who try to pursue a career in say modelling, sports or anything else where they expose a certain amount of skin must more or less expect things like this, see for instance the story about Yasmeen Ghauri, the Canadian born daughter of an imam. Her modelling career caused a formidable uproar in Montreal’s muslim community in the late 80s. This, however, is different. One thing is if muslims impose their dress code on women they consider “their own”, and by all means that is more than bad enough. In this case, however, her background is not muslim at all. The only foreign aspect of her origin is an Italian father.

There is nothing “muslim” about her at all, unless she has been involved in a relationship either with the man who attacked her, or with some other muslim man, but there is nothing to suggest that. Quite the contray, her remarks to the man who attacked her suggest she is quite aware of what kind of conditions islam has to offer women. By her remarks during the assault, and by taking the incident both to the police and the press afterwards she has displayed more courage than the combined Norwegian Parliament and Government over the last 15 years – at least. No offense to her, that, however, does not take much. Compared to zero any finite number in infinitely large.

It may have happened before, but it seems this is the first case where muslims in Norway have tried to impose their pervert medieval “standards” not on only on women with a muslim background, but now also on a Norwegian woman without any connection to the muslim community at all.

Sharia-law imposed at asylum center

In late September 2005 several reports emerged in the Norwegian press about serious tensions and unrest at a reception center for asylum seekers at Våler in the county of Østfold, in the south-eastern corner of Norway. It took a while before the core of the issue came to light. The local police had to intervene several times to stop violence both between the asylum sekkers and against the staff (picture to the left)

Then, finally, on September 27, the local newspaper Moss Avis revealed what it was all about: A group of about dozen asylum-seekers from Chechnya has imposed islamic Sharia-law at the center. They had, amongst other things, imposed islamic dress-code on their fellow asylum seekers, demaned that everyone must pray to Allah, and organized the quew in the cafetera so that they got their meals first. Any opposition to this regime had been met with threats and violence. A member of the staff who had asked one of them for identification had been knocked down.

The story caused quite some uproar in press, it even made it to the English language service of the usually very PC newspaper Aftenpsten, ref:

Actually, at least some of the Chechens involved have already had their applications for asylum rejected, and are “awaiting deportation” as the director of center put it.

“Integration – My ASS !” - Comedienne does it again

Pakistani born Shabana Rehman has for many years been one of the most outspoken critics of islam in Norway. Amongst other things she wrote probably the only positive review which appeared in the Norwegian press of Oriana Fallaci’s bok “The Rage and The Pride” back in 2002. By profession she is a stand-up conedienne. In that capacity she made headlines not only in Norway, but around the world when she liftet the infamous Mullah Krekar off the floor during a public debate in Oslo back in April 2004. Now she had done it again.

In August 2005 the annual “Amanda-festival” took place in the city of Haugesund on the west coast of Norway. This is a national film festival, and Shabana Rehman was asked to address the festival in connection with a new Norwegian movie entitled “Inport – Export”. The movie is about a romance between a Pakistani (muslim) woman and a Norwgian non-muslim man, an extremely sensitive issue in the Pakistani/muslim immigrant community in Norway. As a matter of fact, the director, who is also of Pakistani origion had serious problems finding a Pakistani woman for the female main character in the movie, because she was supposed to kiss the male main character, and that would be considered “offensive”.

Anyway, during her address to the festival Shabana Rehman made the remark: “I’ll show you something which is really offensive”, then she turned around and showed them her bare butt. (Picture to the left).

This of course produced a tremendous outcry from the muslim community in general, and the Pakistani muslim community in Norway. A few days later a restaurant in Oslo, owned by Shabana’s sister was fired upon with automatic weapons, and hit by 18 rounds. The firing took place at night so no one was killed or injured.

No one has been arrested for the shooting. The politically correct Norwegian sharia-cops tried to play it all down, suggesting the shooting may not be related to Shabana’s performance in Haugesund. Death-threats against her posted in discussion forums were dismissed as “freedom of speach”. Perhaps most disgusting of all were the remarks made by the ultra-PC professor Unni Wikan who said she thought Shabana Rehman had “crossed the line”, while she “understood” the shooting.

Really ? So showing your bare butt is “crossing the line”, while opening fire with automatic weapons in downtown Oslo is “understandable” ? Isn’t the so-called “integration” of immigrants about adopting a certain minimum of common standards, like the law of the country in question ? By what standards are showing your butt “crossing the line” and firing automatic weapons in an urban area “understandable” ? Like Shabana Rehman so aptly demonstrated, and Unni Wikan’s remarks proved: Integration – MY ASS !!

The Rape Epidemic Continues

Reports about rape or attempted rape of Norwegian women by men described as being of “foreign origin” contimue to be a fairly regular feature in the Norwegian press. Here is a list of some of the reported cases from early September:

On September 4 Nettavisen reported that a 24 year old woman had been attempted raped at a graveyard in Oslo.
On the same date Adresseavisen reported that an 18 year old woman had been attemped gang-raped by 4 men in a park in Trondheim
On September 5 VG and Nettavisen reported that an 8 year old girl had been raped at Modum in the county of Buskerud

The term “foreign origin” is of course just a pathetic attempt at hiding the truth about what is going. One would assume that a woman having been raped or attempted raped by a foreign man has been at close enough quarters with the culprit to tell a black man from an Arab one, or a Chinese for that matter. One would also assume that she has told the police that much. Then why is it that no further details emerge in the press ? The answer is obvious: There is only one group of foreigner in Norway which has a pedpphile rapist as their so-called “prophet”. And in the end it shows. On those rare occasions when arrests are made, and cases are brought to court, the nationality of the perpetrator is usually revealed, and almost invariably “foreign origin” then turns out to be muslim origin.

Honour killing or traffic accident ?

On June 1 2005 20 year old Rahila Iqbal from Oslo (picture to the left) was killed in the village in Pakistan where her parents come from. Her familiy claims that she died in car accident. Her husband, however, also Norwegian-Pakistani claims she was murdered, a victim so called “honour”-killing. He and Rahila married each other against their families’ wishes. Rahila was a sunni, while her husband is an ahmadiyyah muslim. Sunnies do not really regard ahmadiyyahs as muslims at all, and since islam do not permit muslim women to marry non-muslim men the marriage was utterly against sunni islam. Marriage to an non-muslim man by a muslim woman is regarded as apostasy, which is punishable by death.

The marriage led to serious conflicts within the families, and in the end Rahila moved back to her own family. Her husband and her friends claim she was afraid she would be killed and warned her strongly against going back to Pakistan. However, when she was told that her grandfather was ill, she was persuaded to pay her familiy i Pakistan a visit. Four days after her arrival she was killed, according to the familiy, in a car accident.

The car where she was a passenger ran off the road and into a canal where she drowned, while the driver escaped unhurt. Her husband claimed that it was an arranged accident, and that that she had been murdered. Due to the noises made by her husband the Norwegian authorities obviously put pressure on Pakistan to investigate the case properly. A Norwegian citizen (Rahila) had died under suspicious circumstances in Pakistan, and one of those being accused of killing her (her own father) is also a Norwegian citizen.

An autopsy was performed and the results indicated that she had been sedated before she died, and also possibly raped. If she had been sedated that would obviously explain why she was unable to get out of the car, while the driver escaped unhurt. Her father, grandfather and the man who drove the car were all arrested by Pakistani police and charged with murder. From there on, however, the whole story has sort of degenerated into a tragic farce. Whenever the case is scheduled to be dealt with in court the judgde seems to be “on holiday”. The suspects are currently out on bail, but have been prohibited from leaving the country. Such is the status of the case at the time of writing (late August 2005). How it will end remains to be seen.

Amateur Terrorists in Oslo

In their late evening news on August 17 the Norwegian national commercial TV-channel TV2 carried a brief message that one person had been killed and another seriously injured when a “homemade bomb” had exploded by accident in an apartment in Oslo. No further details were given at that point, which may be ascribed to the fact that the incident had happened only shortly before the newscast went on the air.

Only about a month after the London bombing of July 7 the news about “homemade bombs” in Oslo was obviously cause for alarm for anybody with an IQ higher than their body temperature (in Celsius). Police and medical personell quickly arrived at the scene (picture to the left), and during the subsequent hours the story also appeared on the web-pages of more or less all major Norwegian newspapers. How it was presented, however, provided quite a bit of food for thought. Some were obviouly trying to play it down, giving essentially no details beyond what had been said in the TV2 News.

First and foremost thanks to the coverage by Aftenposten and Nettavisen (affiliated with TV2) more details transpired through the night and the next morning. It appears that five youths, in their late teens and early twenties, had been present in the apartment, three of them males, and two females. First we were just told that they were of “foreign origin”, but no spesific nationality was given. However, hardly anyone hearing that would interpret it as Swedish, Danish, or Australian for that matter.

Eventually the nationalities were revealed by Aftenposten, and would you belive it, they were from countries where the dominant religion generally is referred to as “the religion of peace”. Both the man who was killed in the explosion and the one who was injured were Syrians, while the third man was from Muslim Occupied India (also known as Pakistan – The Heart of Islamic Terrorism).

Obviously the revelation of the specific nationalities were in no way helpful in calming those who had been alarmed merely by hearing about “homemade bombs”. So the PPC (Pathetically Politically Correct) Norwegian police quickly moved to assure people there was no reason to worry, by stating that they ruled out any connection to terrorism. The cover-story they presented was that the bombs had been prepared to blow up ticket-machines at railway or subway-stations to get hold of the cash contained in such machines. In an effort to substantiate the cover-up they claimed that the persons involved had been involved in such activities before.

If so, why were they not behind bars in the first place ? Furthermore, and as one poster in Aftenposten’s discussion forum points out, you don’t blow up such machines using tube bombs. And by the way, how was this supposed to happen ? Blowing up a ticket machine during opening hours would mean a grave danger to passengers nearby. It is not much comfort for victims or their relatives that the main purpose was to get hold of cash. Outside the opening hours the areas where the ticket machines are located are either not accessible at all or under video surveillance, or both. Still the Norwegian police expect us to belive this load of PPC-crap.

And even if there is an element of truth in what the police is saying it makes no real difference. No matter what these people were planning they have committed acts of terrorism. Blowing up ticket or ATM-machines and an apartment in a condominium terrorizes people, regardless of what the main motive might be. By dismissing this as not terror-related the Norwegian police is opening up for “legal” terrorism, where the culprits are treated in a different manner if the motive is “commercial” rather than political and/or religious.

Furthermore, crime like robbery and fraud are essential and integrated elements of the jihad, which is supposed to be financed by its own victims. By their treatment of this affair the Norwegian sharia-cops have once again proved their utter incompetence, as well as their treason against the people they are paid to protect.

Perhaps most disgusting of all, Aftenposten which in their Norwegian service in the outset revealed the details necessating the police cover up, bought this cover up and published it in their English language service which can be read here. The story also made it to the Burka Broadcasting Corporation (commonly known as BBC) : Oslo teenager dies 'making bomb', but as one would expect they make no mentioning of the nationalities involved.

Pakistani Underground Network in Norway ?

Mr Per Sandberg (picture to the left) is the spokesman on immigration for the Norwegian Progress Party (Fremskrittspartiet). Competing with The Norwegian Conservatives – The Party of Terror, Apartheid and Ethnic Cleansing, as Norway’s third largest party, The Progress Party is generally perceived as the one being most critical of islam and muslim immigration in Norway. As long as only parties represented in the parliament are counted that is probably true, but The Progress Party is nowhere near the same kind of frank ideological confrontation with islam as for instance The Danish People’s Party (Dansk Folkeparti) in Denmark or The Sweden Democrats (Sverigedemokratene) in Sweden.

Anyway, on May 23, Norway’s largest newspaper (VG) carried a story revealing that Mr Sandberg had received information about a secret subversive underground network of Pakistani muslims in Norway. The network is supposed to be fundamentalist, anti-democratic and potentially violent. That really goes without saying, since islam, by its very nature is fundamentalist, utterly incompatible with democracy and violent.

According to VG, Mr Sandberg had passed on the information he had received to The Norwegian Security Service (PST), but when asked about it he refused to comment on the issue, except confirming that he had had a meeting with PST. According to VG’s article muslims from this network are currently looking for places around Oslo to build mosques and training camps, the latter also to include combat training. Furthermore, this underground network is reported to have as many as 30.000 members. If that number is true its remarkable, to say the least. According to the numbers provided by The Government Bureau of Statistics the number of persons in Norway of Pakistani origin is also about 30.000. If both numbers are true it would mean that practically every Pakistani in Norway, including women and children, are members of this secret underground network. That is obviously not true. Although 30.000 members of the network may be somewhat exaggerated it is yet another indication how misleading the politically correct numbers from the Government Bureau of Statistics really are. How this bureau has been playing with numbers, and mislead the public, has also recently been exposed by Honest Thinking, a new Norwegian website critical of islam.

According to VG, information about this secret network has also been received by Human Rights Service (HRS), a Norwegian organisation who in the past has been mainly engaged in fighting forced marriage, female sexual mutilation and honour killings in the muslim immigrant community in Norway. Subsequent to Beslan and the murder of Theo van Gogh HRS has also begun to confront islam on a broader range of issues.

Crown Prince of Norway Insults Poles – But Remains Silent About Muslims

In late May 2005 The Crown Prince of Norway, Haakon, paid an official visit to Poland, together with his wife. As part of the program for the visit the couple paid a visit to a facility where women who are victims to violence or abuse by their husbands are given help and protection. According to the national commercial TV channel TV2 the crown prince said during this visit that Polish men “has a lot to learn about gender equality”. The TV channel did not show footage with the actual statement from the crown prince, it was their reporter who referred his statement with this content.

It may well be true that Polish men has something to learn about gender equality, if they don’t they would probably be the only men in the world who has nothing to learn about this issue. However, an official visit like this is neither the time, nor the place to make such a sweeping and insulting statement against the entire male population of Poland. Where are the outcries from those who scream about “not to stigmatise” every time a critical remark is made about muslims ? So far they have remained silent. Needless to say, we are not surprised. Double standards are the trademark of the islamophile politically correct, in Norway as everywhere else.

The silence from the politically correct so called “anti-racists” is, however, perhaps not the most remarkable about this incident. We have quite a few facilities in Norway as well offering shelter, help and protection to women who are victims of violence by their families, be it their husbands or fathers. Numerous press reports have revealed that women from a muslim background are grossly overrepresented in these facilities in Norway. Small wonder, since the Koran (4:34) authorizes men to beat their wives, and the teachings of islam also supports forced marriage, honour killings and to some extent even female sexual mutilation.

While the crown prince of Norway seems very concerned about the well-being of Polish women, he obviously could not care less about muslim women in Norway and their predicament. He has yet to make a similar visit to a facility helping muslim women in Norway, and state that “muslim men have a lot to learn about gender equality”. It would be unthinkable in the current political correct atmosphere in Norway. If he did, the outcry from the PC-establishment would be deafening. Nor is there any reason to believe that this is what keeps him from doing it. He received his university education at Berkley, the temple of leftist and islamophile political correctness in America.

Nevertheless, we would like to remind Crown Prince Haakon about one thing. On the international women’s day (March 8), 2005 Polish women staged some remarkable demonstrations. It was, however, not their Polish men they were demonstrating against, they were demonstrating against ISLAM, although the number of muslims in Poland in relative terms is only about 1/20 of what it is in Norway (0.1 % compared to 2 %). Dressed up in burkas (picture to the left) the Polish women, and some men as well, carried posters reading: “Women’s Rights, or the Law of Koran? “. Polish women obviously already sense the danger that muslim presence in Poland represents to their rights in the future.

We would suggest that Haakon pays a visit to one of the facilities in Norway where muslim women are hiding in fear of forced marriages, violent husbands, circumcision or honour killings, and ask them if they would like to trade places with the Polish women he visited in Poland. No doubt many of them would be very happy to do so, but we doubt if the Polish women would be willing to trade places with the abused and threatened women with muslim background in Norway.

Book on Krekar claims he made threats

A new book about Mullah Krekar, the former head of guerrilla group Ansar al-Islam, quotes Krekar making threats last autumn against anyone who supports the US in Iraq. Krekar is currently fighting a deportation order from Norwegian officials who consider him a threat to national security.

In the book by Norwegian journalist Ole Berthelsen, "En frelser, en prest og en satan," (which roughly translates to "A saviour, a pastor and a devil"), author/journalist Ole Berthelsen recounts an interview he did with Krekar in November 2004. "There is holy war in Iraq now," Berthelsen quotes Krekar as saying. "Imams in the entire Muslim world are saying that Muslims have a right to fight against the American occupation." He went on to say that Norwegians and Norwegian organizations in Iraq are no exception. "Not just the officers, but also the civilians who help Americans," Krekar said. "If anyone so much as gets a glass of water for them, they can be killed."
